导师简介-范方宇

范方宇,男,1979年3月生,中共党员,四川隆昌人,博士,教授,硕士生导师。正规外围买球十大平台生命科学学院教师,入选云南省万人计划“青年拔尖人才”,昆明市“中青年学术与技术后备人选”。承担《食品工程原理》、《食品营养学》、《食品包装》、《功能性食品》等课程。主要从事农林食品加工、农林废弃物资源化利用等方向的科学研究工作。先后主持或参与各类省部级项目15余项,目前主持国家自然基金、云南省农业联合专项面上项目等。以第一作者或通讯作者发表各类文章50余篇,其中SCI、EI论文20余篇,授权软件著作权5项,申请发明专利3项。目前为Energy & Fuels、Bioresources 、Journal of Food Biochemistry、the Canadian Journal of Microbiology、SN Applied Sciences、食品安全质量检测学报等国内外十余种期刊受邀审稿人。
